- First make backup of contact, sms, apps, etc
- Prepare USB cable, Fully charged SGH-I727
- Download Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727 I727UCALC4 ICS 4.0.3 Leaked Firmware Update(one click odin) and extract it
- If you have not install Samsung USB drivers yet, download here or mirror and then install it.
- Double-click on the i727ucalc4-oneclick.exe file to run Odin, which will be used to flash the firmware on your phone.

- Wait until finish and odin show PASS!
- Congratulations, you have Ice Cream Sandwich ICS 4.0.3 on your Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727 now
- Its recomended to wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition in recovery mode
